Taylor Hartman is an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist who's passionate about helping others achieve sustainable, long-term health, both physically and mentally. His journey into fitness was born from personal experience: over eight months, Taylor dropped from 250 to 174 pounds, gaining not only strength but a deeper understanding of how fitness can transform lives from the inside out.
